Is it correct:&nbsp;<br/>
&#39;GNM_FORMAT_g&#39; produces decimal for some range and scientific output with small &#39;e&#39;, whil &#39;GNM_FORMAT_G&#39; uses capital &#39;E&#39;?&nbsp;<br/>
and if so: why is which &#39;e&#39; vs. &#39;E&#39; format preferred for which use case?&nbsp;<br/>
And where is it controlled that general format produces two exponential digits for cells?&nbsp;<br/>
and where is it controlled that the &#39;shortest&#39; format in &#39;go_dtoa( str, &quot;!&quot; GNM_FORMAT_G, xd )&#39; also produces two exponential digits? IMHO this is not good in line with the idea of &#39;shortest&#39;.&nbsp;</div>
