Canon CRW support

Hi Everybody,

Many people in the crw-decode mailing list (dedicated to the
reverse engineering of the Canon formats) were interested in the
patch, so I have created some instructions on how to use it:

This should generate some feedback. If anybody in this list is
interested, please follow the instructions and let me know.
