thanks for the windows port!

  Hi devs,
 I found in some old post from this list that someone (pclouds
<pclouds@gm...>) ported <flatter> the best image viewer </flatter> to
win32 yet no reference in the web page although the port looks&works
very well, and is apparently a mingw native compile, not a cygwin hack.
I would like to thank him/her for that and also - why don't you link to
this build in your page? I suspect a lot of other people are looking for
it too.
