Fixed, but please note that these strings are only used the first time GQview is
run with no prior configuration (saved to .gqviewrc), or when they are reset to
the defaults using the button in the preferences window.

Users upgrading to 1.3.8 (when released) will see:

 from version 1.2.x or lower, the two new jpeg rotation lines will be translated
and all others will remain the same unless they reset to the defaults.

 from version 1.3.x (0 to 7), no changs at all until they reset to the defaults.

There is really no simple (clean) way around this.

Fixed. (probably happened in 1.3.6 - so if translated earlier they are simply
fuzzy and will reappear for the next release in most translations.)
