I spent a few minutes reminding myself what would need to be done to fix
this, and I have an idea what I want to do but not enough time to
implement/test it before this weekends release. I want to get these out
this Saturday morning.

This weekend's unstable release (2.1.2) is really meant to be 'what I have
to this point', and what has been in use by me for almost a year.

Excluding significant new features since 2.0 (the pan view), I would
consider 2.1.2 just as stable as as 2.0.x - the core has not changed at all.

Greetings,
John
