Yes! it works! I am used to use xterm and icewm, but since some time ago
I am thinking to switch to KDE. one more reason to change, I can use the
"official" gqview and not my one :-) 
My patch as you know does the same than drag and drop to konsole but
even for xterm. I will think about it :-) (I have to say, if I knew it
when I programmed it... I didn't program...)

Yes, just when I use scp for photos is to a server that I have the
public/private key, etc. But apart of it I do more things with photo
files, scp it was just one example (and I don't want to do scripts
for each command and integrate to gqview)
