The TODO list might seem rather jumbled. A large portion is for the
pan-view (which I honestly don't quite know in which direction to take).

Anything above wishlist is 'planned', but there really is no order of
priority in the list. If an item has a 'w' next to it then that item is in
some form of progress.

Generally I ask only that you post here if you plan to submit/propose any
major change to the codebase, or add a large feature. Printing would be an
example of a large feature, or anything that adds a new library
requirement. Otherwise you're free to do what you want.

If you are really worried about starting something that may be already
implemented or in progress, ask here or check the up-to-date ChangeLog:
  http://gqview.cvs.sourceforge.net/gqview/gqview/ChangeLog?view=log

If you have any questions about the code, ask either on this list or me
directly and I will be happy to help.

Greetings,
John
