Hello,
http://naturfotografen-forum.de/beta/object.php?object_id=99588 has a
few patches for Gqview, namely:
- histogram:
show a histogram in the full screen overlay.
- keep-scroll:
keep the scroll position when switching through images.
- layout-honor-selection:
make the full screen mode honor the current selection.
- stars:
allow image rating with 1 to 5 stars, and allow sorting by that.
- gamma:
change image gamma value on the fly (nondestructive, of course).
- autolevel:
normalize value and saturation of the image (nondestructive, of course).
- info-window-scroll-escape:
allow to leave the info window by pressing escape.
- undo:
a very simple undo function, providing one level of undo.
- info-window-scroll-escape:
allow to leave the file info window by pressing escape.
allow to navigate between files with CTRL-Left or Right.
allow to navigate between it's tabs with Shift-Left or Right.
- help-window-escape:
allow to leave the help windows (credits, editors, keyboard shortcuts,
release notes) by pressing escape.
- preferences-escape:
allow to leave the preferences and about windows by pressing escape.
- expose-warning:
provide expose warning on clipped highlights and dark areas.
- custom-overlay:
This is the custom overlay patch of Timo Horstschaefer, it's just
been adapted to my set of patches. I left out the part changing
the colors (might be useful, but needs to be configurable), and the
state saving of the second patch (i dislike it).
- olympus-orf-e500:
This patch tries to find some jpeg in certain olympus raw files. It
might just find a thumbnail, but even that is a better preview than
nothing.
Noteworthy changes against the version from february:
+ custom-overlay
+ help-window-escape
+ preferences-escape
+ olympus-orf-e500
+ The autoleveling now also normalizes the saturation channel. This
looks much more pleasing.
Regards, Uwe
