I've just checked out r299 from SVN and it compiles fine here on openSuSE,
10.3, x86_64. But I'm wondering about the following message when running
it in a directory with a few png files:
    Caught Exiv2 exception 'This does not look like a RAW image'
Is this wanted ?

I'd like to see another choice in the "preferences->image->when new image
is selected":
    Zoom to original size, but fit to window if too large.
Could you please add this to the wish/todo list ?
