1.5.6 + icewm fullscreen issue

Hi!
	I've read the mailing list archive and investigated the case of
fullscreen in icewm. It used to work without any modifications with
1.4.5. After upgrading to 1.5.6, icewm's menu bar stays above the
fullscreen window.

The fullscreen window should have its layer set to "above dock". It
can't be done
though, because gqview's window class is the same for both main window
and fullscreen window. Is there already a patch repairing this issue?
