Yes :) The next release (1.5.5) will now link the first collection specified on
the command line to the main window.



While I was at it, I also made a change so that using the -l switch with
multiple collections on the command line will now append those collections to
the command line collection, instead of opening a window for each collection.
This way multiple files and collections can be included with -l and the result
is to group them into one big list.
