I have added fixing the loss of slideshow when toggling the file list to the
TODO.

The -sr command is poorly described in the --remote-help listing, it requires a
folder argument to follow with no space:

  gqview -r -sr/path/to/some/folder


The help->contents manual is correct, and better describes a few of the command
line options (section 11.1).
