For now GQview is sticking with only supporting image formats that are supported
by a gdk-pixbuf loader, the use of jpegs embedded within raw images is just an
'extension' of this.

If only someone would turn dcraw into a real library or make a gdk-pixbuf
loader.... (there is a reason this has not happened to this point).

The biggest hurdle to this would be to first add support for 16bits/per/channel
images to GTK, and then getting it accepted :)
