(bug) move/copy via drag

When GQView is generating thumbnails, it will not let me copy/move
files by dragging.  If it is not generating thumbs, I can select some
files in the file list pane and drag to a directory in the tools pane,
and a context menu pops up and I can select move/copy/cancel.  This is
not entirely reliable; sometimes the menu doesn't pop up, but usually
it does.  But when GQView is generating thumbs, the menu never pops
up.  This is true for 2.0.1 and 2.5.1.
