Hi, I have been using qqview for quite some time now and it is by far my favorite image viewer. However, I must confess that I am rather dissatisfied about some of the changes in keybindings in 1.3.7. In 1.3.7, the keyboard-shortcuts for selecting the next and previous images are different depending on the mode. For example, 1) When the image has focus, PgUp and PgDown are used for next and previous. 2) When the file menu has focus, UpArrow and DownArrow are used for the next and previous options. Using PgUp or PgDown in this mode results in the first and last image in the list being selected. 3) If you choose to use one of the "copy" buttons in the sort manager to move the current image anywhere, the next image is selected. But both the image and the file menu lose focus and so no option to select the next image works. 4) Say you skip over to fullscreen mode and use PgDown for a few images, and skip back to the file menu. If you use DownArrow now, the image that is selected is not the next image, but the successor to the image that you were viewing before skipping over to fullscreen mode! These changes seem to have been conscious decisions, but they cause quite a lot of inconvenience. The second and fourth ones are special headaches, since while browsing directories, I often pop over to the fullscreen mode and then back again, only to find that by using the DownArrow, i completely lose my position in the list. It would be nice to be able to override these options in preferences to select the old defaults. Pretty please? Thank you, Magnus. -- ___________________________________________________________ Sign-up for Ads Free at Mail.com http://promo.mail.com/adsfreejump.htm ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Perforce Software.
