vertical retrace

Hi!

First of all, thank you for the GQview! It's great and fast viewer, I'm
using it a lot.

I would really like to have an option to have possibility to set some
kind of "wait for vertical retrace", as sometimes I have frames of the
movie in png format, and if I just press the arrow down button it shows
them correctly, however sometimes speed is so high that I just see a
black image or a half-black image (as picture is not able to finish
painting), I assume this can be quickly obtained just having double
buffering or something... what do you guys think about that?
