Three Suggestions (directories, click, fit to window)

Hello, some suggestions (sorry I'm bad in English):

- An intelligent fit width like in gwenview: when you lock the zoom to 
fit the window, I'd rather that it fit only for images larger than the 
window, because with smaller images it's ugly.

- The possibility to move, remove, etc. directories, not only files.

- Then, file browser: it's just one click in the initial file browser to 
go through the directories, but when I want for instance copy or move a 
file, I get a file browser popup, and it's there two clicks of mouse: 
it's not really consistent (it should be either one click, either two 
but not both).
