Extracting jpeg file from Canon EOS 10D raw file

Hi,

With Canon EOS 10D, the jpeg file is embedded in the raw file. Gqview is=20
able to show this jpeg, but is there a way to extract the jpeg as a=20
separate file?

Or do you know a tool to do that under linux?
