Howver as the guppi-python binding is no longer maintained I am wondering if there's anyone who have actually embedded guppi into python using C binding. If anyone knows how to do this, could he/she pls drop me some hints/sample code? Thanks a lot, Gabor Bereczki --Boundary_(ID_SRqLrU262R5GkW2U79HMVg) Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" http-equiv=Content-Type> <META content="MSHTML 5.00.2919.6307" name=GENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hi All,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am working on a bioinformatics project and now we are thinking of using guppi for displaying our simulation results embedded in our python frontend.
