Hi All,
I am working on a bioinformatics project and now we are thinking of using guppi for displaying our simulation results embedded in our python frontend. Howver as the guppi-python binding is no longer maintained I am wondering if there's anyone who have actually embedded guppi into python using C binding. If anyone knows how to do this, could he/she pls drop me some hints/sample code?
Thanks a lot,

Gabor Bereczki
