Hi,
To export your graph to a .eps file, you can do the following:

- select the cells containing your graph
- print the selection to a .ps file
- run ps2eps 
(http://www.telematik.informatik.uni-karlsruhe.de/~bless/ps2eps.html)

This is perhaps not very simple, but it works.
