shell link is hanging

Hi,

to some servers where I'm able to connect via SSH, like

   ssh -i keyfile user@host

the "Shell link..." from the menu is hanging on connect. It's working
for other server.

On the remote server I don't have root permission to increase the
logging level of the SSH daemon.

How can I investigate what's the reason for it?
Is there some kind of debug log to see what's going on?
Or something similar to "ssh -vv ..."?
