Binding non-ASCII characters?

Hi!


Don't know if this is an expected behaviour or not but it seems you can't use non-ASCII characters in keymap?

For example, I tried with the Cyrillic letter 'д', (U+0434), and with curly d '∂', (U+2202):

    QuitQuiet = alt-d; д; ∂

But only alt-d works :)

So, my question is, we just can't use non-ASCII here, right? :)
