Well, if it used to work until yesterday, and then it doesn't work 
anymore, but nothing has changed... guess what? Something has changed, but 
we don't know about it. Unless you believe in miracles. So fire up 
wireshark and try to figure it out, I don't think anyone can help you 
beyond that. This is how I tracked down and fixed a PASV-mode bug years 
ago in the FTP client code...
