I've not used Outlook but if you look at Evolution it's task handling
capabilities is pretty limited. Also, the default Palm application for
task handling is _very_ basic so we would want something that is closer
to a project management app for PDA's to sync against.

This isn't mutually exlusive though, we could still have sync against
groupware apps (like evolution), someone just needs to have time to code
it :)
