I'm a Macintosh/LinuxPPC user. I compiled the whole Gnome2 distro (using Garnome) and the MrProject 0.8 on my Yellow Dog Linux 2.3. Gnome2 was tricky to compile but MrProject was no trouble. I am very, very impressed with what you have done and I am looking forward to the final version. I will try a port to Mac OS X (darwin - probably using fink package manager - fink.sourceforge.net) unless someone beats me to it (gnome2 hasn't been ported yet to I will have to wait for that because that is too much work for 1 guy). One thing I was wondering... MrProject 0.8 becomes real slow as the project gets bigger (date modifications using the calendar becomes really, really slow - several seconds are needed just to change year, date or month). I looked at the recent posts on the list archive but didn't find anything. Is that a platform problem (ppc vs intel) or did I mess up something? My machine is not recent but it is not antique either (PowerBook G3 500) and is running most apps at a decent speed... Many thanks for making this app! Étienne
