Branched MrProject for 0.10

Hi!

We just released MrProject 0.9 without much warning. I just branched the
trees in libmrproject and mrproject for releasing a 0.9.1 pretty soon if
you guys want to have a better chance on getting updated translations in
sooner than 0.10 (which will happen in about 5 weeks).

We will also try to make all string changes to HEAD as early as possible
in the release cycle. We have quite a few string changes coming up for
0.10 since we'll make sure all menu items have mnemonics and follow the
HIG better.

The branch name of the 0.9.x branch is mrproject-0-9-x
