Mikael and I just started going through the libmrproject API to clean it up and make it consistent, so any doc/binding work other than infrastructure should ideally not be done before that, to avoid duplication of work. We discussed the intltool and gettext issues a bit and came to the conclusion that requiring automake 1.6+ is not a problem, likewise for using gettext 0.11.4 (it will only be required when building from CVS, right?). > If there is a concern that the gettext maintainers will, at some point > in the future, do more silly things such as the huge gettextize changes > in the recent past, we can then switch to a glib-gettexize style script. Agreed. We'd prefer to just do the proposed changes for libmrproject for now, and wait with mrproject until intltool has been fixed and gotten a bit of testing. We really appreciate this, feel free to commit the auto* stuff and the doc parts to libmrproject HEAD. Thanks again, you rock! :) Richard -- Richard Hult [email protected] CodeFactory AB http://www.codefactory.se/
