Updated user guide for preveiw (based on v0.10pre)

Hi All,

I updated the MrProject user guide based on v0.10pre, and its
available for preview here:  http://www.maute.us/mrproject

Updates are as follows:
    * Content for new features:
          o Open from/Save to Database
          o Appedix on how to configure the database
          o Save to HTML

I was also debating whether to add an appendix on installing
MrProject?  I'm not sure if there's much value added there since
there are instructions already posted on the codefactory site.

Let me know if there are additional features going into v0.10 that
ought to be added to the guide and I'll do my best to get them in
there.
