Translate the user guide to Spanish

Hello

I would like to translate MrProject user guide to Spanish, but I can not do
it.
I don't Know using CVS, help me!

And Mozilla says: 404 Not Found. The requested URL
/lxr/source/mrproject/docs/user-guide/C/mrproject.xml was not found on this
server.

I don't know if I must work online in CVS or if I must work in my
workstation, and later, when the work is finished, to do ftp (or somethink
like that) to CVS.

This is important for me because I must do it for my Project subject of
engineering telecomunication.
I choose this for help to Linux community.
