The web tool is really just for viewing, so you shouldn't use that to fetch=
 stuff.
Instead, use your terminal window and type the following commands:
$ CVSROOT=3D":pserver:[email protected]:/cvs/gnome"
$ export CVSROOT
$ cvs -z3 co mrproject

This will download the current mrproject source files into a subfolder
named 'mrproject'.  You can find the English version of the user guide
in:  /mrproject/docs/user-guide/C

After you translate the mrproject.xml source, you'll need to submit it
to the package maintainers (Richard Hult and Mikael Hallendal) and
they'll commit the change to CVS.
