I'm sure it could be optimized. If you add a bug report at
http://bugzilla.codefactory.se/, chances are better it'll get done at
some point, and even better if you attach a test file.

Printing is a feature that we get lots of requests for, and it's on the
to-do list. Hopefully we'll be able to put it back soon, and make it
work properly this time.

We have the foundation for doing this kind of thing. We just don't have
a UI for editing the calendar yet, but that is also on the to-do list.
