I had a similar problem when I started using Mr. Project, now the big difference is that you are a pro project manager, while I am just an amateur. However I did bought a book about Project Management and how to implement group work. In your case that you are individual, the best option (given by the book) is that your resources should be strictly time/money, since you wont sub-contract or outsource your work. And of course you wont to build people team but rather budjet/time. Another idea is building teams from morning and afternoon, for example: Alex-Office: team 1 Alex-House: team 2 Alex-Road: team 3 Of course this depend on what location or how you want to command your project. Hope it helps a lil. Kahlil ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag
