You need to fulfill the builddependency. You have the name and version
in the debian/control file. You compile the debian package with
dpkg-buildpackare -rfakeroot

Have you already compiled libmrproject? You need to start with that one.

I will try to setup a pbuilder enviroment for woody, and then if I got
the time compile libmrproject and mrproject and put packages (i386 only)
at 
deb http://www.mikan.net/~mikan/debian/woody ./
deb-src http://www.mikan.net/~mikan/debian/woody ./
