Thanks Barry - sorry for the earlier grouchy post. I tried installing the 7.3 rpm, but it needed an updated openssl, I think. I thought about trying one of the 7.3 rpms with the relevent libraries (libcrypto.so.2, libssl.so.2). I'm hesitant to try as I had problems mixing and matching rpms from different RH versions in the past. I finally found a libgal16 rpm at ftp.tux.is/ximian/evolution-snapshot/ I'm not sure how stable it is though, as I have had some weird problems running mrproject since I installed it. Anyway - I think I'll take your advice and try the newer rpm from 7.3. Fingers crossed - and thanks again.
