Regured resource type with cost, not depended on time

Hello!

Now in mrProject 0.9.1 there are 2 types of resources: 
"duration" and "material" (I give their names in reverse 
translation from Russian to English, so in original English 
version they can have another names). The both depends on time.

But very often wee need to include in project time-indepedent 
cost. 

Simple example: we planning Intranet network installing in some 
company. One of the task in this project is the hardware buying 
(servers, hubs, workstations etc.) In some cases, it takes 5-6 
days; in others - 2-3 weeks etc. But everybody understand, that 
the total price of necessary equipment does not depends on time 
spent to it's buying - it depends only on equipment's list.

Another example. In some project I include the work that is done 
by external company that take the fixed price for their work 
(for example, sociological studies). 

It's very-very difficult to add tasks with time-indepedent price 
to present mrProject.

On my mind, it's necessary to add resource type "fixed price" to 
mrProject. I think that it will not very difficult: it's 
enougth not to multiply this resource type's cost to the 
duration of task, for wich this resource type assigned.
