It looks like a bug that was fixed a few weeks ago. If you want to try,
you could get the 0.10pre versions from

ftp://ftp.codefactory.se/pub/mrproject/unstable

and see if the problem still occurs.

If the bug is still present, a bug report with a test file attached
would be appreciated.
