As another user answered, you need to choose a constraint in the
calendar dropdown that has an editable time, e.g "Must start on" or
"Start no earlier than".

Tasks are scheduled automatically, that's why you cant' just set the
start or end date. We might add an easier way to set a constaint though,
perhaps through the gantt chart.
