Resource list

Perhaps it would be a good thing if we could map skill sets to
resources.  I want the people on my team who know gnome-db to
collaborate on building application X.  People who don't know it could
spend a day or two on the "learn gnome-db" task.

But I guess the first thing that needs to be done is to bind a "skills"
field to each resource.  Is this doable?
