Sounds like a useful tool, though it might be annoying with a window
popping up once per hour?

I'm not sure the best thing would be to include it in MrProject itself
since you probably don't want to have it running all the time? It should
be fairly little job to write a tool that uses libmrproject API (it's
possible from Python too in latest CVS) to manipulate your MrProject
file.
