Linking to external projects

Say I'm working on a project that depends on a different project
entirely.  I've got a number of projects going that I'm developing a
centralized CMS library for.  I'm adding modular features to the library
as they're needed.  Site A requires CJSite::Cookie and Site B requires
CJSite::Hitcount.  Is there a way to show this relation with MrProject?
