The best thing to do is remove the current version of mrproject by using
the following command:

(login as root)

rpm -e mrproject
rpm -e libmrproject

Download the latest rpm files from
ftp://ftp.codefactory.se/pub/software/mrproject/RedHat/8.0

Files you need to download:

libgnomeprint22-2.2.1.1-cf1.i386.rpm
libgnomeprintui22-2.2.1.1-cf1.i386.rpm
libmrproject-0.9.1-cf1.i386.rpm
mrproject-0.9.1-cf1.i386.rpm

I guess redhat 8.0 already comes with uptodate libgsf (1.6.0-5). You can
verify this using:

rpm -qa | grep libgsf

now you can install the files using: (as root)

rpm -ivh libgnomeprint22-2.2.1.1-cf1.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh libgnomeprintui22-2.2.1.1-cf1.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh libmrproject-0.9.1-cf1.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh mrproject-0.9.1-cf1.i386.rpm

This should definitely work.
