There's no current feature in MrProject that would allow you to set up a
recurring task.  I haven't seen it in other PM tools either (but maybe
that's because I haven't looked).

I'm curious as to what sort of task you want to set up as recurring?

There are several ways of handing a part time task.  You could set it up
as fixed duration if its something you're waiting on a vendor for but
requires some work, or you could set it up as a fixed amount of work and
when you assign a resource to it, you could limit the resource units
(expressed as a percent of the person's time), and the duration would be
calculated.

There doesn't seem to be, but you could use the fixed duration option as
a workaround.  Of course, it won't calculate the start date based on the
amount of work, so you'll need to check that manually for now.

AFAIK, only the predefined keyboard shortcuts are available right now. 
Sounds like a good idea, though.

bugzilla - more likely to get attention from the codefactory folks that
