Newer automake required

Hi,

Just a heads up on that we now require automake-1.4-p6 to build
MrProject from CVS. This is because it is parallel installable with
automake 1.6 that GNOME is in the process of switching over to.

For now we can't use automake 1.6 because of distcheck problems.

It's available here:

ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/automake/automake-1.4-p6.tar.gz

(If anyone has a problem with that, feel free to hack autogen.sh locally
to use automake instead of automake-1.4)
