Opensync example plugin

hi.

if you ever played with the thought of writing or porting a plugin to
the opensync framework, you can now take a look at the opensync
example-plugin.

you can download opensync from here:
http://svn.opensync.org/releases/

and the gui/cli from here:
http://svn.opensync.org/multisync/releases/

the example-plugin is in plugins/example-plugin.
