I always get SYNC_OBJ_MODIFIED for all changes

Hi,

I'm trying to sync the IRMC plugin with my experimental Mozilla Calendar 
plugin. When an entry on the device (Siemens S55) has changed, I get a 
changed_object structure through syncobj_modify_list. But no matter if 
the object is new, has been modified or deleted, the returned 
change_type is always SYNC_OBJ_MODIFIED (value: 1). I can work around 
this for now by assuming SYNC_OBJ_HARDDELETED if no data is provided, 
and SYNC_OBJ_ADDED when the item is not there already, but I'd really 
like to know if that's the expected behaviour, or if I'm missing something.
