Howto

Hi, just set up multysinc and don't know how to make it sync.  First
of all, isn't there a decent howto somewhere on how one whould get
started with this.  Secondly, I'm gonna be installing software and
accessing files on my PDAs, is that possible with via multisync or any
other linux tools?
