New Features:
Support for different codepages. The plugin now supports Cyrillic,
Greek, Turkish and more.

Bugfixes / Improvments:
- Improvments how contacts are handled. This should improve
interoperability with other applications.
- Fix a bug with special Characters in contact names etc.
- Some smaller bugfixes
