release notes palm plugin 2

New Features:
-Support for different codepages. The plugin now supports Cyrillic,
Greek, Turkish and more.
-Support for Categories:
Since the Palm only suports a single category, here is how it works:
	- From Palm to any other application, only the single category is synced (obviously)
	- If the Palm receives multpile categories, it first checks which categories exist on the palm
	and then uses the first one it finds. Categories are not added to the palm as needed (since there
	is only space for 16 categories). Therefore if you want to have a category synced add it to the palm
	first.

Bugfixes / Improvments:
- Improvments how contacts are handled. This should improve
interoperability with other applications.
- Fix a bug with special Characters in appointment and todo's names etc.
- Some smaller bugfixes
