Are your sure you are using the latest snapshot from
http://www.multisync.org/files/multisync-cvs-snapshot.tar.gz ? We had
some bugs that caused duplication in the evo2 plugin but they should be
fixed by now.

Please let me know if the problem persists.

for the auto-sync to work, multisync has to be informed about changes in
the contacts from evo2. So far i had no luck implementing this feature
in the evo2 plugin (since there is no documentation from evo2 on how to
use their API). But i guess that will change once evo2 gets more stable
