Thank you for reply. I'm pretty sure that I used patched libwbxml but
not from the website but the one which ships with debian. I took the
sources, patched and installed. With vanilla library it was giving
different error messages.

Anyways - I should try once again using the latest multisync and
libwbxml. I will report
